Grande Rockies Resort-Bellstar Hotels & Resorts, Canmore

My stay at the resort was mixed. While the views were stunning and the pool was great, the cleanliness and overall service left much to be desired. The rooms lacked basic amenities and felt unkempt, which really impacted my experience. I wouldn't recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While I enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with decent amenities, the value for money didn't quite match up, especially with the noise from the kids' hockey team. The staff were friendly, but the service could be disorganized at times. Overall, a good spot for families given its amenities, but could use some improvements.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially since I've enjoyed stays at other locations from the same chain. The rooms in the Annex building were in dire need of upgrades and cleaning. Despite the friendly check-in, the service and room conditions were a letdown, making it difficult to justify the price paid for our stay.
