Perfect for Families

Our two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family getaway! It accommodated our 4-month-old wonderfully with a well-equipped kitchen to help with bottle cleaning. Although we discovered there was no bathtub, the overall comfort of the suite made it enjoyable for our first family vacation. Looking forward to returning and having everything in working order next time!

Great Pool Area

The pool was set to open on the day after our arrival and even though the water felt a bit chilly, we were eager to have our baby experience the pool. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was under maintenance during our stay, but the overall ambiance of the pool area was cozy. I appreciated the relaxing vibe it had, despite the mild setbacks.

Decent Restaurant

Despite some initial issues with our meals at the hotel's restaurant, I did enjoy some aspects of the dining experience. The variety in the menu was appealing, and while there were some mishaps with our food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I think with a few tweaks, it could be stellar!

Convenient Parking

The underground parking at Grande Rockies was a blessing. It made loading and unloading our bags easy, especially after a long drive. I never had trouble finding a spot, and it felt secure and safe, allowing us to explore the area without worrying about our vehicle.

My stay at the resort was mixed. While the views were stunning and the pool was great, the cleanliness and overall service left much to be desired. The rooms lacked basic amenities and felt unkempt, which really impacted my experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

While I enjoyed the clean and spacious rooms with decent amenities, the value for money didn’t quite match up, especially with the noise from the kids’ hockey team. My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially since I've enjoyed stays at other locations from the same chain. The rooms in the Annex building were in dire need of upgrades and cleaning. Despite the friendly check-in, the service and room conditions were a letdown, making it difficult to justify the price paid for our stay.
